I feel rejuvenated. Although more tired, sore, stinky, and of course more hungry. I’ve made it about 300+ miles into the trail so far and my leg feels a bit better with each day. Mostly because I learned how to properly KT tape it thanks to YouTube and free WiFi at Timberline Lodge.
The stoke is high to continue moving through the dramatic & changing landscape of the Cascades as I walk back into Washington today!
