Week 20’s challenge was certainly that. The theme was “Multi-Course Meal” and I decided to go Italian, because seriously nobody does multiple courses better than Italians.
1- Aperitivo- Aperol Spritz
2- Antipasti- Bruschetta with bresaola, Gorgonzola and grana padano (all local to Lombardy), and Caprese with a store-bought focaccia because I felt like buying it when I was in the supermarket!
3) Primo piatto- Casoncelli (unfortunately only the sauce was homemade!) 4) Secondo Piatto- Brasato di Maiale (Braised pork) in vino rosso
5) Dolci- Pastries with crema pasticceria and fruits of the forest
