A super fun chat, q&a and lots of trying difference perfumes lead to me identifying my favourite Miller Harris perfume without ever seeing the bottles. ZERO. The exact number of successful long runs I’ve had in the run up to Berlin. Trying to stay positive, but 4 weeks out and the nerves are kicking in.
Plan for the next few weeks = lower intensity weekday sessions and saving the legs for those longer weekend runs

2 days in. We have dashed around, drunk beers, eaten roast dinners, caught up with some of my favourites and generally slipped back into London life quite nicely. What a pleasure it has been to be back so far.
