Willie is a unique character who was rescued 3 years ago from the county shelter. He was adopted, but due to a change in family circumstances, he came back to CCR.
He is small and weighs about 6 pounds, has one eye, a bit of a swayback and an open fontanel ( A slight incomplete closure of the skull). This little guy's bark sounds more like a "quack" than a bark.
Like all Chihuahuas, Willie enjoys time with his humans and walks very well on a leash. Being only 7-8 years old, this little man is a catch!! Hard to resist !!
