🚣 TECHNIQUE TUESDAY 🚣♂️ This week on technique Tuesday we are looking at our rowing technique.
The rower is a super piece of kit and we love getting it into our conditioning work at The Fitness Academy. 💪🏻 Unfortunately we too often see the incorrect technique and people not being efficient enough with the strokes or technique. 🤔
To put things simply you must remember -
LEGS - ARMS - ARMS - LEGS
Take a look at the video and see how to modify your technique to be as effective as possible.
Also consider your strokes per minute, is it in the mid 40s currently............unless you are a professional rower this is an indication that your technique is kit where it should be.
