Ayer estuvimos en nuestra #huertamexicana con los amigos Gaietà y Teresa, las personas que hacen posible este milagro. Acuyo, epazote, chiles, tomates, jitomates, nopales... y mucho más. ¡La huerta está espléndida!
Classic, old fashioned 'octopus in love' as it literally translates from spanish 'pulpo enamorado' a typical dish served along the coast line of Guerrero (México) that Isl basically a mayonaise-based salad with some chopped onion, tomatoe, green chilli coriander, and perfectly simmer-cooked octopus. It is served at cool temperature and it is considered an appetizer not a main dish.
AdiosTacos. Holla burritos.

Buddhist love for the Mexicans Part 2.
So I'm honest: I don't like to eat the same stuff twice. (All my food prep people, I'm sorry!) So I had to recycle my "Chilli sin carne" to a delicious wrap!
If you want to know the ingredients for the chilli just check the earlier post.
WHAT YOU NEED TO ADD
- corn tortillas
- hot sauce as first layer
- the chilli with the rice as second layer
- spring onions (...layer and so on)
- some sunflower oil (don't really know why I put it on, but my body told me it's right)
- som black pepper
OTHER STUFF I ATE/DRINK WITH IT
- vegan Alioli
- couple cherry tomatoes
- peaches for desert
- the spring onion (just looks good on the foto)
- cup of hibiscus tea .
Okay folks, if you like wraps, gimme a shout-out and let me know what you wrap and if you're a super dupper gangster wrapper!
For everyone else, here are some Buddha words:
If a fool be associated with a wise man even all his life, he will perceive the truth as little as a spoon perceives the taste of soup. - Buddha
