FINALLY I've been able to sit down, catch up with everyones posts and get ready to post on my OWN accounts! Housework is complete, time to breathe, sit down and relax. Setting goals are SO important, no matter how old you get. I believed as soon as I finished school that deadlines, goals, timetables etc were in the past... Incorrect! It's good to keep a routine and have aims, otherwise you can end up floating around aimlessly. Ever since my mental health got worse, setting goals has really helped me progress with the baby steps. I'm sure you've all been told that too, but it's so good to keep on top of it and insert goals into daily life. My goal for this week is getting back into a regular sleep routine, as it is so bad right now and affects my anxiety a lot.
