We've all heard about eating to improve heart health, reduce the risk for diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain cancers but what about taking care of your mind? Studies show that small dietary changes can boost cognitive function, and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. Society places us under a lot of pressure and thus it's easy to focus on what we can see. So while I'm all for squatting to the body you want. Here's my gentle reminder not to neglect your mental because the body of your dreams wont mean much if the mind doesn't match.
