One of the best things I’ve ever done for my psychological well being, self image, and overall health? Exercising regularly. ♀️ It all started with a gym membership, but then of course life happened, schedules changed, and getting to the gym wasn’t realistic anymore. But, I was determined to still have my “me time” and to stay consistent with my health goals, so I made a little gym space in our garage. 🧘🏼♀️ It’s nothing fancy, but I refused to let that be an excuse. With a yoga mat, dumbbells, and free online workouts, I’ve been able to be more consistent and feel better than I have in YEARS! I’m proud of the progress in my body, but more excited about the healthy choices I’m making because I really just want to live FOREVER and see as much of my girls’ lives as I can...and being able to live a retired life with Eric for more years is a serious perk, too. •
I plan to be sharing a lot more about my health and fitness journey here, as I’ve finally found a good balance and have dug into research this time around. 🥥 Plus my breastmilk supply has been consistent!
