When your rooms a mess but your abs and bi’s are feeling lucky
Happy Saint *Paddy’s Day to all of you!
Be safe and workout responsibly!
Can’t wait for tomorrow! I’m going to be filming more videos and looking for a new gym.
I’ve been training with @mytstrap more recently and noticing a big difference in my workouts as well as my muscles.
More on that soon!
Try this workout with a @mytstrap for an awesome oblique burn!
Using the handles from a mytstrap allows for exercises to include more grip work as well as different angles on the handles meaning muscles you generally don’t work with the cable machines are being used.
In this exercise, I’m holding the handle parallel to the floor with the cable attached to my right.
Other options would be an upright handle with attachment on top or bottom and parallel like I have it but with the attachment on the opposite side. -
By changing the handle and the angle the cable pulls from completely changes the workout for you. -

Before I ripped my shirt off!
Using the @mytstrap handles to work back and shoulders on the cable machine is a good way to mix up your regular workout. The handles accentuate your grip and angle of the workout. Targeting different muscles normally not targeted in this workout. -
Mix up your workouts. -
Be innovative. - #juststart
Negative Pull-Ups are a great way to gain the proper strength for pull-ups if you can’t do many or any at all. Using @mytstrap in combination to this will creative better grip strength and activate different muscles within the pull-up as well.
