I really hope this post doesn't come off as obnoxious, I'm not really one to take pics like this. To be perfectly honest I actually just got a full length mirror in my house for the first time in 3 years!! So when I caught a glimpse of my progress I have to admit I was actually happy with what I saw. I normally have to to stand on a chair to get a glimpse in my daughter's mirror so this was actually a shocking site!!! In a little over 1.5 years I have lost 30 pounds and I've gone from a size 12 to a size 6
Even better than the weight loss is that I've been taken off all of my prescription meds, 4 in total Meds that I had been on for so many years...only treating and never healing my body.
Intended on doing some rack pulls and some deadlifts at lunch today. Since I had my @fatgripz with me, I decided to do a little grip training with rack pulls. Started holds with 135lbs at 3 pulls. 225lbs at 3 pulls. 275lbs at 3 pulls. All done overhand grip. No mixed. Finally finished with single arm 135lb pulls for 3. Tried doing 315lbs with the fatgripz but could barely get it off the rack without slipping my grip. Getting stronger by the month. Maybe a month ago I could barely pull and hold 225lbs for a couple seconds with the fatgripz. Now I can hold it easy. Goal is to eventually rack pull 405lbs with the fat grips overhand grip. .

I only slightly crunch upward as to squeeze the lower abs added with the knees up and in focuses on the centre of the core..with the scissors or windshield wipers as a super I really like how it feels on the lower abdominals. Good alternative to butterflies. Scissors also stretch the whole lower core as well abductors on upper legs. Longer you go the more it burns the harder the muscle will get! Tear and repair i read in a book somewhere? try to do 30’s in abs with or without weight breathe in the extension of and blow the air out on the crunch or close for best results happy Lifting YO!
