Mint is my favorite thing to grow in the summer- it's so low maintenance, grows quickly, and can sustain constant foraging without suffering. I've been feeling so refreshed drinking mint with hot water for breakfast and mint lemonade virtually all summer.
Mint is good for headaches, stimulates weight loss and aids digestion, helps with allergies and asthma, and is a great natural flavor addition.
I've found this has been a good swap for me instead of drinking coffee in the morning. Coffee always makes me jittery and on edge, but I love the ritual of having a warm drink with my breakfast.
