Proof that nutrition is EVERYTHING!! I went from staying up till 3 am, drinking alcohol in large amounts, eating microwave kraft dinner and the only exercise I got was walking from class to class ♀️ if I only know. But sometimes you literally have to hit rock bottom with your health to realize how important it is. I'm not saying that to be healthy you have to be thin. I'm saying it's all about how you feel. I remember getting dizzy when I got out of bed, constantly out of breath, feeling super tired all the time, my lack of energy was scary now when I look back and think about it. I even noticed that my skin is different now, it's got more colour and feels softer and smoother. I promise you that what you put into your body will either hinder you or help you!!
