When I think of Mondays What comes to my mind is coffee and hitting the snooze button While I have to get up to go to the office, Im so happy I went from 3 to 1 cups of coffee per day! I have noticed so many benefits:
-Feeling more energized
-No stomach pain
-Much better sleep
