* 3 tablespoons tahini dressing
* 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
* 1/2 cup corn
* 1/2 cup edamame
* 1/2 cup shredded carrots
* 1/2 cup shredded butter lettuce
* 1 Pour the tahini dressing on the bottom of the jar. Then layer the quinoa, corn, edamame, carrots, and lettuce on top. Close the lid and refrigerate until ready to eat
