DIET TALK! so many people are focused on labeling how they eat. keto. paleo. vegan. high fat, low carb. etc. my opinion?! eat real food! as @michael.pollan says, “eat real food. not too much. mostly plants.” literally could not have said it any better. our bodies weren’t meant to ride the diet rollercoaster or eat a ton of processed food. just EAT REAL FOOD! it’s super simple. just because high fat works for one person doesn’t mean it works for everyone. just because you see someone following a way of eating on social media does not mean that way of eating will make you feel/look your best. so just eat whatever makes you feel good and try to eat mostly whole foods! •
there is a very good reason for me calling this AIP diet a protocol because i’m not looking it as restrictive. i am truly enjoying healing and taking care of my health. diets mean restricting and that’s just no fun! God gave us food to enjoy, not restrict. so eat that piece of cake that you’ve been craving or that big a** salad that sounds good. either option is good if you enjoy it!
