I’ve been getting approached by fitness, diet, and supplement companies lately. This, right here is my super simple, straight forward approach to staying healthy. I don’t take vitamins or supplements, I don’t work out everyday, and I never go on diets. I simply don’t eat a ton of junk food, and I never drink soda. As for exercise I do yoga at home here & there just to stretch, and take my dogs out for walks. That’s it!
