GPP Training aka Bro day aka Sick Pump day! 🙌🏻 2 days a week I’ll general volume & conditioning work to supplement my strength training. For me it ends up being relaxing - I’m not chasing any performance goals, I get my blood pumping, and I can zone out with some tunes / audible.
I end up hitting upper back (pull-ups), core, arms, and cardio. This week was 5 sets 12 pull-ups, 9mins planks (I did mostly 45/15 splits), 5 sets 12 reps curls / tri extensions, and 35 mins bike.
