Day 5 of #courageouslyconfident ! Woke up at 5am to hit the gym today because I knew if I wasn't there by 5:45 then I wouldn't be able to get to the gym today! .
It was so strange waking up that early & going to the gym but I liked it, the gym wasn't busy, so it was easier to get my workout done and not wait around for someone to be done with equipment I need. Mind you today was cardio and abs so no equipment besides the treadmill and mats but hey those mats are often all being used in the evenings! .
It felt good but so weird to not be doing lifting today, I'm so used to going in and only doing lifting/weight exercises, starting to get bored of the treadmill again already and it was only 20 minutes today gonna look into finding a cardio workout that's a bit more exciting for next week, maybe I'll try out a class at my gym any suggestions on good, fun cardio classes? .
My legs & booty are the most sore today! I can barely walk and yet I decided going on a 1.5 hour walk today after my workout and before going to work tonight would be a good idea I got a little over 19,000 steps today, no regrets currently but that could change come morning .
Tomorrow is my rest day, but I have coaching (mini aged cheerleading team) from 10-11, then work 1-9:30 so It'll be more of an active rest day but I'm okay with that, I know to listen to my body and take more of a rest day when I need it .
