SO GLAD I WENT
I didn’t sleep great last night, my stomach was being annoying, I didn’t eat much breakfast, I nearly called off going to the gym as felt awful - and sometimes this would be the right thing to do, but today it wasn’t. I wasn’t ill with a bug, I was for some unknown reason anxious. I’m so grateful I didn’t let my anxiety get the better of me on this occasion!
Not only was it an awesome strength session and phenomenal circuits - I actually lifted heavier than I have before!
This has lifted my mood no end (as the weather is absolute rubbish) and I thoroughly enjoyed my @eattrek bar afterwards, it felt totally earned!
Then devoured porridge, cinnamon, banana and peanut butter for lunch! Comfort food! Yum!!! (Porridge for lunch is perfectly acceptable isn’t it?) Today I conquered my anxiety - I don’t everyday, but today I did!
