2 things you shouldn’t do this summer….
…and what you should do instead…
Take your mind off of fat loss, and just focus on building muscle.
Look I already know what type of body you’re tryna get so trust me, your focus should not be hogging cardio machines, back to back Zumba classes or miserable hour long jogging sessions…it should be lighting your metabolism on fire!

Fill your meals with healthy foods emphasising protein, fiber and water! If anything just start there! Chances are you’ve done diets before and fallen off the wagon with them andddd that’s why you’re back at it again.♀️ Am I right?
Seriously, ditch the diet. Focus on all the great stuff you can add…unprocessed foods, veggies, fruits, good protein sources, etc. and fill up on that so you don’t have room for too much crappy shit
Doing these 2 things will get you on a path to working with your hormones instead of fighting like you always do every New Years and summer.
