Yesterday, in a family meeting my eldest daughter said to me that I have an Instagram facade and I'm not the same person in real life. *Based on how I interact with her* Hmmm. I'm the same person on and of social media, what makes the experiences and interactions different from one person to another is vibes and history. I'm sure that everyone has had an ex who was cheap or boring or a cheater and low and behold he hooks up with new girl and he's spending money on her, takes her on trips or is faithful. Again, it comes back to vibes, how he was treated and the value he saw in you etc.
I can be someone's best friend or (I have no enemies) we revert back to being strangers.
I've been hurt and disappointed by people who I see occasionally, some I still embrace and say hello to, based on the history we had, and others they don't exist in my world anymore. This is not an indication or a trait of being fake or false, it's just me choosing to exist is a space where there is the least amount of negative energy possible. We all have different behaviors depending on the environment that we are in.
