Happy Monday from Melbourne to you all 🌟🤗. Hope you all have had a great weekend and now ready to start the new week again. My lunch today was a dream lunch post gym because I had already everything done waiting for me in my Fridge. Love leftovers😊. I made a big bowl of this Quinoa- veggie goodness salad last night and left over chicken = chicken Quinoa salad 🥗. A salad loaded with so many veggies try to name them all ... cucumbers, tomatoes, beetroot, red and yellow peppers, olives, kale, baby spinach, dill cucumbers, spring onions,avocado, currents and mixed seeds of pumpkin seeds and sunflower for crunch and extra protein too. Dressing fresh lime- white wine vinegar- honey and olive oil. Yummy can’t wait to tuck in so hungry after a though class 💪🏻🏋️️‍♀️😃.

성경을 펼치는 것은 하나님을 만나는 것이다.

성경암송을 통하여 아무것도 아닌 인생이 하나님 앞에 비범한 인생이 되는 것. 성경의 인물들이 그러하다.

말씀을 암송하면,
1.신앙생활의 기복이 없다. 한결같이 꾸준하다.
2.사탄의 유혹으로부터 이길 수 있는 능력을 얻는다.
3.능력이 있는 기도를 구할 수 있다.
4.고난을 당할 때 낙심하지 않고 오히려 성숙한 기회가 된다(시119:92)

Has this ever happened to you? You leave the house for a jam packed day of errands and activities but don’t bring anything with you to eat for later. Hours go by and suddenly you realize you’re really hungry. So you feverishly search your car or purse to find something to eat, only to come up empty handed? And the next thing you know you’re stopping by a convenience store for anything you can get your hands on or rolling through the drive thing to at least order something to get you through until you get home.

This is a common occurrence with many people I talk to. Often times they either forget to pack snacks or don’t even know what healthy options are available for them.
#
That’s not to say you even have to snack throughout the day, but it’s good to have some go to options for when a full meal you can sit down for isn’t realistic. I always recommend that meals and snacks include some protein, as it’s best for keeping your blood sugar stable which will help you avoid that hangry feeling. Plus, most people have a difficult time getting enough protein as it is, so fitting some in throughout the day is never a bad idea.

These are great options for convenient sources of protein that are good for eating on the run. Obviously some will need to be packed in a cooler if you’re planning to be away for multiple hours, but some require no refrigeration and can be stored away for emergency situations.

I’m just including protein options here, but it would be even better to include a little something else as well. Fruit, nuts, rice cakes, or raw veggies would make a great addition to many of these for a well balanced, healthy snack or mini meal.

Because #momlife: Yesterday while I was at the gym, momlife happened. My pre-workout JUST kicked in, I was about thirty minutes into legday, and my Sonny Bono decides he’s going to get sick🤮 Five minutes later, my daughter is crying hysterically saying her head hurts and I feel her head and she’s burning up🤒 #storyofmylife So... to make a long story short, I had to come home and get creative. I recorded the last four workouts I did! 40x4 ... it may not seem like it’s heavy weight at first, but after 160 reps I’m sure you’ll feel the burn! This is something you can add to the beginning of your workout, after, or a quick ab/booty workout at home! You can also do this without the dumbbell and the ball of you don’t have one! I’m sure you’ve seen these workouts before, but if you haven’t, awesome! •

Monday morning motivation. Food is fuel and you won’t make any progress in the gym by eating a salad every meal! Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring food 😉 and carbs aren’t your enemy! Self control is. Moderation is key. Skip syrup and add fruit! Most maple syrups average about 14-18 grams of sugar per tbs, with 52-70 calories in each tbs (and we all know we don’t just use one 😂) ... I like to add fruit or peanut butter to my pancakes or waffles! Maybe throw in a few chocolate chips... even though the kids end up picking them off of my plate they look pretty for a minute right? •

🥗🍗CHOPPED CHICKEN SALAD🍗🥗 One of my favourite things to eat growing up as a kid 😋
Food should always be tasty, yet simple, has to be delicious and easy that the whole family will love ❤️ So, I got a craving & decided to whip some up to eat, great add on to salads, as a snack or even to spread onto delicious bread 💯

Here’s what you’ll need ~
1-2 pieces of chicken ( I used grilled breast, but it’s up to you)
1 stalk of celery ( chopped up into dices) @costco
1 green onion ( optional )
1 1/2 tablespoon mayo @hellmanns.mayo
1 tbsp Dijon mustard @chezannamontreal
1 tsp paprika @simplyorganicfoods
1 tbsp herbamare @herb.amare
1 tsp Cracked black pepper @simplyorganicfoods
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 tsp cayenne ( optional )

Mix all together, chill and serve 👏
