6 oz Kodiak Cake Protein pancake mix
4 oz egg whites (don't worry, you can't even taste em, just adds a good amount of protein)

Hi Instagram- starting off this gymsta journey with my favorite meal. Part one (the right plate) is what I typically have for breakfast every day during week. The other plate is my protein pancakes that I have once or twice a week. *Forgot to add in the photo on myfitnesspal but there is also One whole egg in the protein pankcakes* And of course, water and black coffee to drink as usual. Typicaly on Saturdays, I sleep in and then have all of this all at once. It’s a very filling meal with lots of volume. Calories for the entire meal are approximately 485. Macros are 69C/5F/47P.

The ingredients used were: .
One scoop of whey protein
1/2 cup of uncooked oatmeal
3 egg whites
1/2 banana .
Dried fruits/ mango/ honey (as topping)
1) Blend the raw oatmeal till it becomes a fine floury texture
2) Mix the oatmeal with the eggs, whey and the mashed banana and stir them all together
3) Cook and sprinkle the toppings
4) Eat your heart out
