You can affirm things to train your mind, you can meditate to get into a peaceful state but in order to attract something you must acquire the feeling as if it’s already yours! This is why it’s so important to have control over your emotions. Being happy and positive actually pays off! Even if you didn’t manifest something purposely in the past, it can still be used to manifest the future. You can still tap into an experience that made you happy etc.
