These pictures sum up their personalities so well. When the buns are at their sitters, they are penned (for their safety and the safety of our bunny sitter's things ). They have supervised play time out in the evenings. Ellie being the natural adventurer she is, spends her days trying to find ways to escape and waiting by the door for someone to let her out. Wally is pretty happily oblivious to the gates around him, everything he needs is in that pen (food and his Ellie bun), why would he venture out to the Great Unknown? When the door opens for play time, Ellie is ready and bolts out to explore every nook and cranny while Wally stays behind in his safe place. The last time we picked them up at the sitters, Ellie looked all upset with me like "But I wasn't done chinning everything! We can't leave yet!" So I think she was happy to be back this time to finish her important work.
