Esta es una de las mejores galletas que he probado! Son facilísimas de hacer, están buenasas y lo mejor de todo es que son saludables!!🌿💪🏼
Para hacerlas necesitas:
•1 huevo
•1/4 tz de leche de almendras
•1 tz de harina de avena
•1/3 tz de harina de coco
•Stevia o panela
•Media tableta de chocolate Trapa endulzado con stevia al 80% cortado en trozitos (lo consiguen en @elmundodeloschocolatesperu )
•3 cdas de aceite de oliva|coco ▶️Solo mezcla todos los ingredientes líquidos y agrégale los secos y al final el chocolate en trozitos. Te debe quedar una masita media compacta. Haz bolitas y ponlas en una plancha para el horno (no olvides de aplastarlas un poquito para que se cocinen por dentro). Llévalas al horno a 180 por 20 minutos y listo!💓

Packing + Pondering; I love my cookbook collection, especially the vintage books. These two are extra special to me. The Boston Cooking School was my great-grandmothers. There are a few hand written cards tucked inside. The Better Homes was my Mother’s first cookbook. I have fond memories of visiting my grandmother’s home and using this book to make a fudge that is far too sweet. Anyone else have some vintage favs?

I didn’t have a plan for dinner. Honestly, I didn’t make a meal plan at all this past week. We’re at the end of the groceries, and I threw this together. It turned out to taste really great! I made crispy potatoes by cooking them in avocado oil. I sautéed ground #beef and onions, then added some #salsa at the end. I steamed some #veggies, added some sliced #tomatoes, and some #guacamole. The perfect addition to this mexican bowl was some #spicy #sauerkraut from @bubbiespickles! It added the perfect amount of crunch and spice! Everyone literally liked their plates clean. My husband loved this. He said it reminded him of a sloppy joe! I love when my last-minute meal inventions turn out to be a real winner! 👌💪👏🙌

cooking_with_ina Omg, what A colour🍓🍒🍉🍅🍎CHIA PUDDING 🍉1/2 cup chia seeds
🍉2 cups almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
🍉1 tsp vanilla extract
🍉1 tbsp maple syrup
PARFAIT
🍉2 kiwis
🍉1 large mango
🍉1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup yogurt of choice
🍉2 tbsp hemp hearts
Fruit for garnish (optional
Mix the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup together in a bowl. Whisk for 1-2 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken. Place in the fridge and allow to thicken up for 1 hour.

Place the kiwis in a blender and blend until smooth. Remove and repeat with the mango and raspberries.

Once the chia pudding is thick, begin layering the chia pudding, fruit purees, and yogurt in a glass.
Start with some fruit puree on the bottom, followed by some chia pudding, followed by some yogurt. Repeat this process until you have filled your glass.

We turned oyster mushrooms 🍄 (which are frikin awesome) and kung fu 🥋 awesome Shiitake mushrooms and turned them into juicy decadent filling for these amazing tacos. We stuffed them with sautéed onions and peppers and then finally covered with #dairyfree provolone (thanks @fieldroast ). Omg 😲 ... I wanted to make the authentic philly into a taco because why not. But actually I like it better. The sandwich I also felt was so dense and too much bread. These are so #delicious and wonderful and tasty! #плов or “pilaf” with chicken

Ingredients: ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
White long grain rice - 1.5 cups
Chicken thighs - 4 medium pieces (skin removed)
1 large carrot - grated or Julienned on mandolin
One head of garlic
1 medium onion - minced
Cumin 3 tablespoons
Salt & pepper to taste ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Set rice to soak in water while preparing the meat
Heat cooking oil in large wok
Toss in onions, sauté until golden
Add chicken thighs, season with salt & pepper
Brown on both sides
Add carrots (do not stir)
Add enough boiling water to just cover the meat and carrots, don’t over do it
Cover with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for 35 min
Add rice by draining it and placing it on top (DO NOT STIR)
Cover with lid and time 5 min
Over five min is up, make a hole in the middle of the rice, add cumin.
Cut garlic in half down the middle and stick each peace into the rice.
After 15 min open lid and check the rice. Most of the water should be absorbed.
Put the heat on high and begin stirring. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Once everything is combined turn off heat. Allow to rest 4-10 min before serving.

150-200 grams of salami of your choice - diced

1 medium purple onion - minced
1 cup of basil and parsley - minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Italian dressing or olive oil ⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

#Seared #scallops in a lemon garlic sauce with mashed potatoes, chives, creamed spinach & sautéed asparagus. #Fancy #dinner for two for under $20. 🍽️🍷 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients: ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Large raw scallops (10 scallops)
Half a bag of spinach (2 cups)
6-9 asparagus stalks
1 garlic head
Olive oil
4 large potatoes
Milk - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 stick
1 lemon
Chives (1/4 cup, minced)
Salt & pepper to taste .⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀. ➡️ Peal the potatoes, slice into four pieces and set to boil
Add oil to a skillet, throw on one chopped clove of garlic, sauté for one min
Add spinach and stir, allow to wilt (4-5 min)
Turn off heat ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Add oil to another pan
Sauté asparagus until tender (2-3 min)
Season with salt & pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Check potato doneness; prick with a fork making sure it goes through easy
Start your scallops ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Heat pan with oil
Once sizzling, add scallops cooking 2-3 min per side (DO NOT overcook as they will become rubbery)
Remove scallops from

In the scallop pan, melt butter - half a stick , add one minced clove of garlic & squeeze half a lemon. Reduce heat to low ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Drain potatoes; add milk, other half a stick of butter & salt & pepper. Mash until smooth. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Allow sauce to simmer for 3 min and turn it off. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Garnish your plate by sprinkling chives and spooning sauce over scallops.

Do dip fry frist
500 grams Fish (half kg)
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt as needed

For gravy

3 tbsp oil (adjust as needed)
1 tsp Mustered seeds paste (sarso or rai paste)
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 tsp red chilli powder (adjust as needed)
½ tsp Coriander powder (or dhaniya powder)
1 tsp garlic paste (lahsun ka paste)
Mix it untill oil and all paste anre not come sapratly (ise chalate rahe jab tak ki masala nd oil alag alag na ho jaye )

water as needed
