As a water sign I am miss emotions, literally cry from all of the things but I have realized that not all things are worth it // at a point in time we must ask ourselves is this worth being emotional over? Are tears worth being shed? How long do I want to allow this to effect me? The further we spiral into our emotions the longer it takes and harder it becomes to get back to our grounded state.
So the next time you feel your emotions rising see if you can calm yourself before they boil over. Peace, kindness and love... fill your mind with these three things and it will get a whole lot easier to navigate the emotional waters of the human experience
