Regrann from @peluma_rescue - MAUDE CLIP 3 of 3:
And then there’s Maude #A1918196 - I am an AFFECTIONATE 3-year-old brindle girl who ended up at this kill shelter as a stray on June 5. I am GREAT W/ OTHER DOGS and a total LOVE BUG, as you’ll note with the progression of my 3 short clips.
You see, my friendly, white & cream-colored roommate appears to have a bit stronger of a personality than I. But once you get me out in the open, I am a WIGGLY little SWEETHEART who is ready to trade this stuffy cell for a warm bed in a loving home!
Lucky for her (and maybe me too), my roomie was adopted yesterday (June 18)! Yay for roomie! Now, it’s my time to shine! Please come take me out & meet me for yourself. ——- I am located at Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control (A KILL SHELTER) in West Palm Beach, FL. Click #A1918196 for more of me.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
1) ADOPT - Call Suzy: (561) 233-1252 ASAP! If it’s a recording, leave a message & call (561) 233-1200. Press "0" & someone at the shelter will answer. At this #, calls are answered from 7am-8pm. Dogs are sometimes euthanized at 7am (before staff arrives), so a 7am call could save my life! Also, email Suzy with my A# at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Let her know whether you'd like to adopt, foster, or rescue. Include your name & ph #. 2) FOSTER - take care of me, with the backing of a rescue until I am adopted. Contact South FL rescues & explain that you'd like to foster me. Or call Suzy (above) to see if fostering for the shelter (7-14 days) is possible.
3) PLEDGE - sadly, rescues do not have an endless supply of $. Kindhearted people "pledge" (or state what they can donate) so that rescues can afford to take pets in need into their care.
4) SHARE this post with animal rescues & friends! Someone you send it to could save my life!
