Ok, so pointing was never a big strength of mine, but this exercise really helps me focus on keeping my abs tight so my points don’t collapse...Added BONUS: great exercise for focusing on keeping hips still! #scottishdancer#scotfitathlete
Just love this photo from European Championships in Blackpool
Maxine is such a talented dancer; dedicated, bubbly and full of energy to make sure we got the best out of the time. I’ve found studio space I’ve used in the past to be really restrictive but the space available at Synergy is just incredible and allows full creativity! Thanks to the team there for creating such a beautiful space and for hosting. So pleased with the results and I can’t wait to share more with you; this is straight out of the camera, no adjustments!

What an amazing experience @moveitshow for Jude.
Such a brilliant opportunity to be taught by innovative choreographers and those who are currently working in the industry.
Jude is a beautiful dancer and a great inspiration to our younger pupils not only due to her talent as a dancer but also in her kindness, thoughtfulness and respect for all her teachers. I am delighted to say that whilst in London, Jude’s talents did not go unnoticed. She was scouted in a number of workshops and asked to perform in the ‘selected group’ at the end of many of the Workshops.
Jude was also awarded:
A half funded scholarship for an LA school. They produce music videos and offer photo shoots. An audition with London Studio centre after impressing them in their tap and audition technique class. An audition at the Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama (M.A.D.D) following a successful ballet workshop.
Asked to audition for CAPA college after her performance in the contemporary class.
We are so delighted for you Jude. What a fabulous achievement! @lukasmcfarlane_@ldnstudiocentre@maddcollege@realryanjenkins@judemclellan11#edinburghdancer#scottishdancer#loveditsomuch#greatexperience#inspirational#motivational#soproudofyou#congratulations
