<20kg down - from 103kg to 83kg>
If you read my previous posts, you'd know this 20kg down did not happen in just one try. Instead, it took me three years ( 2015.07-2018.05 ) and all kinds of different weight-loss method to get to this point.
When I saw weightloss transformations online, I used to think 'Man, I want to be like that, too. I want to lose that much weight as well. How did they managed to lose that much weight?!'
And here I am, though I haven't reached my goal, but this is some remarkable progress.
It's all about how much you want it and how many sacrifices you willing to make. Before I started keto diet, I love rice, noodles, bread, pasta, and sugary drinks. But are they helpful for losing weight? Hell no! Did I want to quit eating them? Hell no! But what would happen if I don't make any changes? Nothing. Nothing will happen other than getting myself diabetes and other hormonal diseases.
Yes, it's hard. Losing weight is probably the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. But it can be done.
Yes, it takes courage to make lifestyle change, it takes time to build a new habit, it takes self-discipline to stay away from temptations, it takes tears and sweat to get use to muscle pain. It takes guts to say no to some social events. But IT CAN BE DONE. And it's not a lifelong thing, it's just going to be a journey in your life and you will thank yourself for it. You will.
