My brother and I were both pretty dead after skiing and dying to nap, but somehow we managed a 5 minute stretch and it made us feel wonderful! I’ve named this ‘Yoga for Skiers’, but it’s actually a good one for anyone, anytime!
FIVE MINUTE BEGINNERS STRETCH (FOR SKIERS):
1. Forward fold - hamstrings
2. Downward dog - calves
3. Pigeon - hips
4. Hold foot - quads
