I’m so proud of myself, these last 8 weeks have been tough due to having surgery on my back. I have “sort of” stuck to plan, kept with lots of fruit & yoghurts but the amount of chocolate I’m eating was getting more daily & I’ve started to feel uncomfortable so I bite the bullet & went back to class today which I’m pleased I did before I caved back to the old me. I’ve had my final chocolate blowout tonight & with my overnight oats already in the fridge tomorrow is me focusing & getting back on track & loosing those pounds #slimmingworld

I've never took a photo with my top off. Hated swimming for that reason. On holiday I'd wear a vest most of the time. I have no pictures before to do a side by side. I suffer from massive self confidence about my appearance . Bullied throughout school for my weight always has played on my mind even now that I'm 24. I always get paranoid people are looking and judging me. I'm hoping posting this will help me see how far I've come.. 3st so far more to come. Ending today on 2.5 syns WHAT THE HECK So today marks day 1 of #couchto5k and I am so flipping proud of myself for actually finishing it. Yes I only did just over 2 miles, but that’s such a good effort from me considering I am genuinely a couch potato and have never really done anything involving exercise in the past few years I am doing it so I can actually last in my @crukraceforlife pretty muddy run in 3 weeks but short notice but at least I’m starting! The main reason I want to do it is genuinely for my own health, a few weeks ago I woke up and my heart was 120BPM at resting, and I just panicked. I had just woken up, it was about 6 in the morning and didn’t want to go back to sleep again just incase I didn’t wake up. It was a horrible feeling. I know deep down it’s because I don’t exercise, so I’m incredibly unfit as it is. The good thing about this is that I’m doing something about it, hopefully I’ll get rid of the extra chins I have & if anyone wants to join me for the ride, or just be supportive that would be great full day on plan doing @slimmingworld and really pleased with myself. Re-starting my Slimming World Journey after a few months off track! • I first started SW back in October ‘17 weighing in at 10.11 (the heaviest I have ever been after a year of complete carnage & holidays ) and I lost 1st 2lbs by Christmas ‘17 and I have maintained between 9.6 - 9.12 since. After a few personal issues and my excuse of all the hideous cold weather we had which gave me 0 motivation!... I am starting back with a vengeance and aim to get down to my Target Weight of 8.13 by July/August! I am a very basic SW follower, as I hate cooking and would rather grab stuff on the go but preparation is key this page is more for my benefit, as I am not going to group and doing it at home, so I need to post and track my progress so I don’t think “oh well no one knows” and go downhill I am a prolific gin/prosecco drinker & gym hating chubster so here goes 🥦 xxxxx
