Recently, I've been thinking about habits... how to break "bad" habits and form new ones. There's the idea that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. And there's no doubt making lasting lifestyle changes can feel difficult!! .
That's why I coach my clients to make reasonable and small changes over time. I don't tell anyone what to do, what to give up, or how to eat. We work together to set goals that are possible! .
