This breakfast has a purpose! Eggs - Protein to keep me full & satisfied
Cauliflower Rice - my veggies for nutrients, fiber, and because they are overall awesome!
Nectarine - my fiber-filled carb for energy because our bodies need the energy earlier in the day!
Water - drinking 1/2 my body weight in water each day starts with 16oz before I eat!
Oh, and coffee, black, because I just love coffee. No other reason
