♳Em exercícios como, Agachamentos, Leg Press, Levantamento terra e Afundos, os joelhos devem estar alinhados com a ponta dos pés durante todo o movimento, independentemente dos pés estarem paralelos (figura A) ou rodados externamente (figura C).

♴Um erro comum nesses exercícios é posicionar os joelhos "para fora", ultrapassando do alinhamento dos pés (figura B).

♵Outro erro comum, o qual pode ser mais difícil de ser observado, é posicionar os pés de maneira diferente, um mais rodado externamente que o outro ou um paralelo e outro rodado externamente (figura D).

✅Com esses erros, haverá um aumento da sobrecarga para as articulações envolvidas no exercício. Além disso, o valgo dinâmico (abordado em diversos posts previamente) tbm merece uma atenção especial e deve ser evitado.

Julia finished with a 260lb squat, a 214lb Bench and a 391lb deadlift for an 865lb total, enough to@seal the deal for Best Lifter at her first meet.

The first time with over 300 hundred on my back in over a year. And as expected, my body said, "what the heck are you doing?!" The last rep was a bailout, but the following sets were better. You can practice form all you want, but you can't really learn to squat until it gets heavy. These will be better later this week. Workout: Squats: 305 for 3 sets of 3, then 275 for 2 sets of 5. And I see Elsa in chalk in between.

Don’t post much lifting bc I’ve been prepping & training hard for Nationals. In under 5 weeks I’ll be on the biggest stage of my life! I’m currently sitting at 130lbs and never felt stronger than I do now! Pulled an easy 320lbs for a 4x3.
