Killed some #chest and #biceps today! Since we are halfway through the year of #2018 I wanted to take a look back on how much I have grew since #2017. Left side is 2017 and right side is 2018. I have gained a lot more #muscle and got even #stronger in most areas. Most importantly, I learned so much more to help me improve in certain areas and keep growing. Knowledge is power. Every trainer had a trainer. You’re never too good to have a open ear and listen to things that may help you in the long run. I still got a long way to go especially with #legs. I’m #determined to have these boys #stacked and #ripped. I’ll get there with time. They’re bigger than they were but I’m not comfortable at all with them. I’m still hungry to improve in all areas but man is it nice to see the #gains and the #growth in a year! One year can make a big difference if you put the time in

h o l y c o w & h a p p y f r i d a y! I picked up this salad after shopping from @stackedrestaurants and I’m actually surprised I made it home without digging into it in the car. Also actually surprised I managed to get a photo because I was so hungry, and very close to getting hangry. BUT... i am currently scarfing down my salad + writing this post + relaxing in lawn chair in the backyard (lol) so I am A OK.
