This one is an oldie which i never posted
But WHAT A DAY to be ALIVE Like honestly, I don’t know how my mind flipped in just several hours into my day. I started off all crummy because my sleep is becoming more of an issue again. For the past few weeks i had trouble falling asleep (takes me like 3 hours), but last night I ran out of a thing I take, so I not only had trouble falling asleep, but I had trouble staying asleep. That said, I got a whopping 4 hours. Woot woot. Soo much fun. My brains having a party rn, haha
I decided to go on a run at about 10am, but that was miserable because I didn’t have enough energy to exert into that. So barely surviving my route, I got home and decided the remainder of today will be a rest day. You gotta take care of your body, so I did all I could today. I tried and I put in the effort. It wasn’t my best, and instead of seeing that as a FAILURE, I see it as a time for RECOVERY. My body can normally do that circuit, so going at a slow pace and struggling told me that I need to rest. So that’s what today is.
I’m also super determined to get on without those aforementioned things, and I’m killer at doing things I’m determined for. Good thing this goal is a positive :D
