First time working with kilo plates in training! It sucked. Today I got in 556x3, 567x2, and 578 for an extremely ugly single, although I posted the videos in opposite direction cuz why would I put the lightest lift as the cover.
A little less than 5 weeks out from San Jose and I'm not too sure how I feel. My body feels strong but everything is moving slower than I'd like. Can't say I'm too worried tho. My body has never failed me on meet day yet.
