Chicken breast, pasta (pronounced "pasta"), and a bit of ketchup for bonus carb. Food AF. Approx P67, C165, F5. I had a bit more fats today so this pulled the ratio back in. Finishing the mass at about 675 carbs per day, and I think this mass phase is making me suspicious that something bad is about to happen because so far it's gone so well I can scarcely believe it's real.
