『Ray為什麼你胸大肌的訓練幾乎都用啞鈴比較多?很少看你在做槓鈴臥推你有在練槓鈴臥推嗎?』
•
Well, first.📝
的確,我個人使用啞鈴訓練的頻率的確是比槓鈴高上許多,這樣安排是有原因的。
•
原因其一、個人啞鈴操作起來感受度較佳,外加當初我啟蒙的地點是運動中心,沒有槓鈴可以用,因此算是以啞鈴起家,對啞鈴的操作、行徑路徑熟悉度較高。
•
其二、我跟很多人一樣有大小胸、左右胸失衡的情況的問題啞鈴的訓練能讓我更專著於單邊(Unilateral)的發力,當某一側沒有良好的控制收縮,能立即察覺調整。槓鈴與史密斯等雙邊同時發動的訓練或多或少會發生截長補短的情形
•
其三、Range Of Motion (行程)
啞鈴訓練相較起槓鈴行程較長,並可在頂峰將肱骨帶近身體(Humerus close to body)讓胸肌處於Fully Shorten Position,雖然在重量上無法像槓鈴做得那麼重,但對於胸肌的伸展跟收縮都比較完整,以肌肥大的角度來說不見得是壞事。
•
當然我還是有將槓鈴的訓練加入我的課表
日前有在限時動態提過我一週推的訓練會安排兩次訓練
一次的主動作會安排力量導向 4~6下
另一次的訓練則會全以8~15下肌肥大為主
力量導向的訓練的主動作槓鈴臥推並定期在平板與斜版相互變換
其餘的肌肥大導向訓練則以啞鈴或Hammer Strength等能單邊獨立操作的器材為主
•
當然也是很多人能透過槓鈴臥推有很好的訓練效果
以上是我個人偏好的安排方式跟大家分享
訓練這門學問沒有絕對
每個人軀幹比例不同,肌肉纖維比例不同
同樣的課表動作,不一定適合每一個人
•
你需要不斷的去嘗試去紀錄
在同樣的營養攝取量下,記錄重量、進步幅度、體態去對應出哪一種動作、哪一種訓練方式適合『你』,這又是另外一個話題了,之後有機會再與大家討論。

Things that no one probably ever wants to know about me # 1: I'm actually a super sweaty person. I have tried for years to find an aluminum free, natural (kind of a hippie, I blame my mom 😜)deodorant that works. Toms didn't work, Native left permanent stains on my clothes and gave me hives but then I met @briutessentials and I am sold. Still dry even after the workout that is giving my dog a bath 😂

Day 76. Cardio Flow. I love to hate you haha. This peek week one was killer. It was also the last time I will do cardio flow this round. Byeeeeee!
I may not hit my end goal by the end of this but this journey isn’t over. On to the next challenge (which I’ve already started) and keep going. Never stop when you hit your goal! Never.

J'y suis arrivée sans opération en bossant Sur l'alimentation et Avec beaucoup de sport. En étant patiente, 2 ans c'est long mais mon corps me remercie. Mais je peux comprendre aussi qu'on en passe par l'opération quand on est dans l'impasse. Peu importe la façon dont on y arrive, le but est d'y parvenir. Il y a pas de secret faut se bouger, et changer Ca n'arrivera pas en claquant des doigts. "

That's right...we are our own worst critics and often get in our own way...but we are also pretty freakin amazing when we set our minds to solving a problem or reaching a goal. I promised my challengers I would finish 80 Day Obsession with them and I will come thru on that promise. It was so good to get back into it. It really did kick my ass but I’m ok. I got overheated so I need to invest in a cooling vest (it is 95’ out). I also now realize how weak my thighs are. Now I know to concentrate on them! Now off for blood tests! I have an oncology appointment in two weeks and an endocrinologist appointment. I will update my weight then! ..

4.66 running miles today and finished up with 100 crunches, weights biceps and triceps, shoulder , back and push ups. I had a few extra minutes so I did three sets of 90 pounds leg curls and extensions. Even though I only slept 5 hours when my alarm went off I still showed up !! And I’m so glad I did! I feel refreshed and energized and ready to push through the day. I love seeing people at the gym early morning pushing hard and reaching for their goals. It is truly motivating to be around others that have that drive and motivation ! Once you start getting into the routine you will be hooked . Empty #gymsession at 5:30 this morning 😴👏🏻 Day 2 was back and bis aaaaaand if my arms were tired yesterday...today they’re dead. ☠️

But thanks to #80dayobsession for giving me an incredibly strong foundation I was able to go UP in my weights yet again for a few rounds! And thanks to the program I’m doing now, I’m starting to FINALLY get the hang of a balanced yet healthy + flexible lifestyle 🙌🏻 this is what I’ve been needing in my life for so long now!

I can't stress it enough. If you are not having fun with your workouts then you are going to get tired at some point. Find out an exercise you enjoy and have fun with so you can stick with it long term. Don't focus on what results your body will show. Eventually you will see results. The important thing is having fun with it. Let it be something that comes to your mind when you wake up in the morning. Something you probably can't do without. When it becomes a habit, the results will be magical. .

At the end of the day it all depends on how much you want to lose weight. If you want it bad, you have to go hard. Eat right, exercise your body. And never tell yourself it's going to be only for a period till you get what you want and then you'll quit. That is the beginning of failure.
