I always feel like Thanksgiving is the time to post a family pic because they are what I’m most thankful and grateful for. I am beyond lucky and blessed. Now just imagine a version of all us one year older cause these are last years family photos. We are terrible about getting regular professional pics done- my youngest will probably be driving by the time we get new ones again

Ours’ is running the steps in SF at Broadway and Lyon near Presidio. This my brother’s (@oscargothesnail on the left) first Thanksgiving in SF with my cousin and I. 🧡 She’s already baking bread rolls while we burn them off... not that we need to!
Legit the only motivation I have for going to the gym tonight is down to the heating not coming on for a few hours and my hatred of being cold allllso Happy thanksgiving - I am thankful for activewear, choc peanut butter flavoured protein shakes and fat free yoghurt

#BBG Week 10 - LISS: cardio for the day is done! In total I did 3.82 miles on the treadmill!!! I had only planned to do 3.1 miles (5k), but I messed up and accidentally ended my workout at 0.72 miles on my Apple Watch ♀️ and I wanted that damn 5k Thanksgiving Trophy in my workout app, so I restarted my workout and did another 3.1 miles. doin it for the trophies!!! But in all seriousness, I was determined to get today’s cardio session in since I’ll be stuffing my face with all kinds of goodies later. Oh, and alcohol too .
