I've been struggling lately to get momentum and keep it up. Truthfully, I feel like shit.
The scale hasn't budged in months, but I feel fluffy these days. Less strong, less energetic and hella tired.
I have so many people tell me "I just want to lose x amount of pounds" or "I'd feel amazing at 125, that's my high school weight!" Truth is, the number on the scale isn't a true tell!! Sure, dropping weight CAN be part of a health journey. However, how your clothing fits and how you feel overall, are WAY bigger indicators!! Make TODAY your day one and stop watching the scale!
