3 mile warm-up with:
Cardio in between each set- jumping jacks, squat jumps with resistance bands, kick butts, fast feet, high bench jump overs &.......x 3 high reps low weight or body weight
wall push up
cable pull down triceps
tricep overhead press weighted
lunge into squat last set side lunges
resistance band deadlift/squat combo with light weight abs
Waist widdles - side to side to top of knee with weights light
I NEED HAIR ADVICE. I know it's not good to wash your hair daily anyway, but when you have a funky color it's especially not good since it'll fade. My issue is the gym- how do you people maintain clean healthy hair if you sweat every day and don't wash it every day?! Dry shampoo doesn't seem to work well for me. When you flex hard enough to see some lil baby abs (I know they are reeeally hard to see but they are there I swear!) it's a bit disheartening how fast they go away when you fall off track , but I'm so happy to be finally getting back to where I was and slowly but surely seeing results again ! You know you’ve had an active sweaty day when your hair just stays in whatever you push it to.
Went and tried out @truridecycle since my new gym location does not have complimentary spin (really quite upset about that) and didn’t mind it. But I’m a numbers person, and there were no numbers to base how I was doing off of. So I have no idea what level or what my reps were, and I believe our bodies are our own worst enemies when it comes to pushing yourself. I need numbers to base things off of! ————
Did a 10 minute burn off of my upper body by doing pull ups and tricep dips supersetted on the assisted machine after spin. ————
