I FINISHED PHASE 3, WEEK 4 OF MY CORE AND BOOTY FOCUSED PROGRAM! That’s a total of 12 weeks that I committed to 40-60 minutes a day to sweating AND keeping my nutrition *mostly* on point. This was supposed to be Saturday’s booty workout, but that just didn’t happen, so I had to knock it out today, which is usually my rest day.
There’s one more week of this program and I can’t wait to see what kind of work I can put in this week. AFTER THAT, I’ll be taking a one week break from weights, and then AFTER THAT, I’ll be doing another round of this 80 day core and booty program. This time around, I’m inviting 3 more women to join me. I want to share what has worked so well for me with others, because I have a feeling I’m not alone in this!
