Yesterday's dinner: Swordfish with a chickpeas puree, white asperges and mustard-dill sauce. ✓ The swordfish is meaty and fatty. I baked it like a steak : salt, pepper, 3 min on each side! (If it's overcooked it tends to get super dry!) ✓ Sauce: after baking the fish, I added white wine to the baking pan, so it gets all the flavours. I also added chopped dill and mustard. Let it reduce a little bit and is ready. ✓ Puree: I cooked the chickpeas and put in the food processor with smoked paprika, fried garlic, salt, pepper, and cooking cream until it reached the consistency I like. ✓ Asperges: salt , pepper, pan!
