No matter how 'spiritual' someone is, we ALL have those days like...NOPE!
Sometimes you don't have a choice and you gotta man or woman up and go make the donuts.
Be gentle and make a mantra for yourself: Peace or whatever word gives you space between what you are feeling and yourself. Get through the day as quietly as possible. Focus inward. *Bonus: don't think: I am gonna do my best not to have any drama. This will smack you right at drama's door. This feels counterintuitive but follow me for a sec: The universe heard, drama. Not the not part. Think instead: ease, puppies, a beach .
Now if you can stay home: DO THAT! Not to sulk but at the very least you have the space to figure yourself out, maybe go back to sleep or journal.
