The picture on the left was 6 weeks ago when I was 5 pounds lighter. Bodybuilding is all about losing fat while gaining muscle. It’s a trick that is unlike any other diet and if done correctly will allow you to grow into a show. This means that while most people won’t see much of a difference, the current picture on the right is tighter, sharper and heavier because I constantly switch up my cardio, weight training and diet to adapt to my schedule. In 3 weeks when I step on stage I might be 5 pounds lighter again but will look twice as good as my current condition. This is something I’ve learned about competing over time. By reading and talking to old bodybuilders and trial and error with myself and my one client #thegamechanger @wil.proctor21 After this competition there will be 14 months before I step on stage again at North Americans for my Pro card and during that time I’ve decided to finally share my knowledge with serious individuals who want to win Men’s Physique shows. I’m only going to take on 5 guys because of how involved I like to be with Wil is how involved it takes to really change someone else’s physique. This will include posing, a diet that changes weekly and a training regimen that also changes weekly.
