LET’s TALK IN- BETWEEN MEAL OPTIONS????🧐 I hear alot about trouble with SNACKING! •
Well, lemme share my story with you... I do consider myself an overall healthy eater. HOWEVER I will admit, snacking is my KRYPTONITE♀️ Can anyone else relate?? I love to snack, and although sometimes I may want to reach for chips or chocolate (yes it does happen time to time♀️) I try to fill myself up with high protein snacks that keep me satisfied for longer & curbs HUNGER.
When you snack on things like chips, chocolate bars, or even soda and cookies, you’re getting instant gratification with nothing in the long run🤭.... Have you ever noticed that shortly after you snack on those types of foods or drinks, you’re hungry shortly after???♀️
THEN.... You end up eating even more of the bad-for-you snacks and folks it becomes a vicious cycle. Then you feel bad because you’re goal isnt being reached.
So if you know you are one of those people who have a hard time not being able to stop eating certain foods (JUST PLAIN Ol’ Avoid them)
And if you’re trying to lose weight, staying away from unsatisfying snacking foods is even more important.
Making the switch to high protein snacks will guarantee that you stay full for longer, and in turn, eat less over all.
