My goal was to drop about 4-7 lbs before coming to the beach just to lean out a little bit and not feel so thick lol—went from 181 to 175 in 2 weeks which was right on the money
I cut my caloric intake in half to about 15-1700 a day.
I cut Creatine out of my post workout shakes to get rid of extra water weight in my gut. ————————————-
I switched up my workouts to about 3-4 sets with moderate to light(ish) weights to help with muscle definition and conditioning.
I made sure to hit abs everyday before workouts besides one day for rest and one day fully dedicated to core. ————————————-
Overall I’m pretty happy with this “mini cut” I did. After vacation it’s back to work though, I want to get to 200lbs but December 1st #tunnelvision
Side note: I’ll probably start posting the workouts I find most effective and when I start to bulk I’ll let you guys in on my food choices. Peace my friends
