FOCUS & CLARITY
Your body follows what your mind tells it, so your levels of focus and clarity are crucial for success.
Lately I’ve had some intensely focused days, but some days have just been lacking.
If we’re just going through the motions without using our mind to it’s fullest capabilities, then you aren’t maximizing on the work you’re putting in and time you’re investing.
This goes for work, training, studying, really everything.
Your focus level not only gets you a WAY better workout, but is going to be what gets you to the goal you’re trying to achieve.
Well what about clarity? How clear are your goals? Do you even have an end goal in mind?
Take the time to visualize your goal and really think about it. Figure out every little detail you’re looking to achieve, so that you have a purpose to propel you in the right direction. Writing down your short term and long term goals everyday is insanely helpful too. Those short term goals should give you small steps towards your greater long term goal. Having a vision board to help visualize what your goals are, is a very effective tool as well.
I’ve been lacking that razor sharp clarity I used to have, and I’m ready to get my ass in gear and hone in on specific goals again.
