Just knowing @tomplatz built this much muscle on his legs gives me motivation. The level I want to achieve is no way near this level so if he can reach this level I can reach mine.So no excuses I'm going to reach my Leg goals. I just have to give as much as @tomplatz did which if you take a look at his intensity and pure drive that's the hardest thing to try and replicate. But if you want to reach your goals you have dig deep into yourself and find your inner beast and work your butt off for them 👌🏾

I bow down to this man, 70 years old, my contender to my category of 85kg, whom managed to do 2 reps with his bodyweight. He should be a model to us all for the courage and the passion he has to this sport!
Prroductive sunday leg sesh. PB on hacks followed by a PB on 250kg for 12 (I think) on verical leg press. Newrly racked it a couple of times as I could feel a bit of movement in the seat which slightly threw me at that weight... but its all gravy baby! 😉
